DetailsThis is a Chicken, Rib and Pork competition. Contestant must cook on site. Judging will be based on Taste, Tenderness, and Appearance.
- Entry Fee: $50 per Category, $100 for all three Categories
- Date & Time: June 10th 2017
- Check-in Starts: Saturday 8 am
- Turn in times: Chicken - 11 am, Ribs - 11:30 am, Pork - 12 pm
- Judging Starts: 11 am
Prize PayoutsPay out: $1000 total, $250 per category
- Grand Champion: $175
- Reserve GC: $75
- 1st Place: $100
- 2nd Place: $75
- 3rd Place: $50
- 4th Place: $25
